Current Job Openings:
Head Chef
Duties for role:
• Produce samples, craft new recipes, and conceptualise new culinary ideas.
• Coordinate and oversee testing procedures conducted in all Fireaway stores.
• Manage product costings to meet target objectives and comprehend the business implications from both commercial and manufacturing perspectives.
• Establish a comprehensive recipe database for all new product development (NPD) recipes.
• Develop food-safe cooking instructions for each recipe and ensure accurate completion of development paperwork to audit standards, in a timely manner.
• Maintain compliance with current Food Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations.
• Assist Fireaway stores with new store openings and train all new staff accordingly.
• Be proactively aware of food trends, new concepts/packaging, fulfilling your role to meet the demands of the business using media, analysing retail products and developing a knowledge of the retail and food service market to enable creation of innovative recipe dishes to match the customer’s needs
• At least 10 year’s experience as a Head Chef.
• At least 10 year’s experience with Restaurant Management.
• Assist with expansion across Portugal and Brazil.
HGV Class 2 Drivers
Duties for role:

Graphic Designer – Spanish & English speaker
Duties for role:
• Create visual designs for advertising campaigns, menus, and marketing materials.
• Translate and adapt all our content and campaigns from English to Spanish and Portuguese, ensuring clarity and cultural relevance.
• Assist in the creation, adaptation, and finalisation of artwork for digital ads, brochures, leaflets, and other marketing materials.
• Ensure all artwork meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Perform meticulous proofing and pre-flight checks.
• Work closely with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
• Maintain the visual identity of the brand across all materials and platforms.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Utilise a variety of design elements, including print and digital media, layout design, video editing, and quality control.
• Maintain organised files and ensure all assets are properly archived.
• Make necessary changes to artwork based on internal and client reviews.
– Expert in Adobe Suite.
