Introduction
Welcome to the Fireaway Pizza Loyalty Program (the "Fireaway Flame Club"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Program. By signing up for and using the Program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not join or participate in the Program.
Eligibility and Participation
1. All customers who join the Fireaway Flame Club must have an active Fireaway customer account. You will be automatically enrolled in the Program once a customer account has been created.
2. If you delete your Fireaway customer account, your loyalty account will also be permanently deleted, and all accumulated points and rewards will be lost.
3. The Program is only available to individuals aged 16 and over. By participating, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Earning and Redeeming Points
4. To claim any rewards from the tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum), a minimum £11.99 basket total is required per transaction.
5. One (1) loyalty point is earned for every full Pound (£1) spent via the Fireaway app and website. Points will be added to your account upon completion of each qualifying transaction.
6. Loyalty points can be earned on qualifying purchases made at participating Fireaway locations in the UK and Ireland.
7. Points can be redeemed for rewards, including discounts, free items, or exclusive offers, as outlined on the Program’s reward page.
8. Each reward can only be redeemed once and must be used before the expiry date (if applicable).
9. Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, sold, exchanged, or combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated.
10. The value of points required for each reward is determined by Fireaway Pizza and is subject to change without prior notice.
Programme Management & Changes
11. Fireaway Pizza reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or terminate the Fireaway Flame Club at any time.
- Change the way points are earned, redeemed, or how rewards are structured.
- Add or remove rewards and tiers at its discretion.
12. If significant changes are made to the Program, members will be notified via their registered email or app notifications.
13. Fireaway Pizza is not responsible for any loss of points due to technical issues, system outages, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Fraud and Misuse
14. Any attempt to manipulate, abuse, or engage in fraudulent activities (e.g., using fake accounts, hacking, or exploiting system loopholes) may result in immediate suspension or termination of your loyalty account and forfeiture of all accumulated points and rewards.
15. Fireaway reserves the right to review, investigate, and take action against any suspected fraudulent activity.
Data Protection & Privacy (UK GDPR Compliance)
16. By joining the Fireaway Flame Club, you consent to Fireaway Pizza processing your personal data to manage your participation in the Program. This includes:
- Storing your account details, transaction history, and loyalty activity.
- Contacting you about Program updates, promotions, and rewards (if you have opted in).
17. Your personal data will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
18. You have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
- Request that we erase your loyalty account data in accordance with UK GDPR.
19. Fireaway Pizza will never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
Account Responsibilities
20. You are responsible for keeping your loyalty account details accurate and up to date (e.g., email, phone number, and payment details).
21. Fireaway Pizza will not be liable for points lost due to incorrect account details or unauthorised access.
